COVID-19 DELIVERY UPDATES

We continue to ship worldwide and are working hard to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time. However, due to reduced staffing at our Head Office and unprecedented demand, it may take a day or two longer than usual for your order to arrive.

At present, we are still able to fulfil orders to all territories via our shipping partners. If we, against expectations, are not able to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible by email and you will be refunded in full.

As an online business we are fortunate that for the moment we’re able - and are being encouraged - to continue operating in the most normal way we can.

Whilst we know that Lingerie & Loungwear isn’t a necessity, we hope that our beautiful heirloom pieces can assist with future planning for Special Occasions, our Shell Belle Brides or simply ‘Just because’ as we dream of better times. We hope to continue operating for as long as it remains safe to do so in line with what is permitted by the government. Keeping everyone safe, happy and healthy is our focus at the moment, so we'd like to share with you what we are doing as a business.

At this time of economic difficulty, the Shell Belle Couture team are continuing to work for as long as it remains safe to do so. Most of our Shell Belle Couture Team are now working from home, continuing to create beautiful social content and answer any customer queries that you may have. With regards to order packing & dispatch we have a dedicated member of staff who is working with strict health & hygiene measures when handling & shipping goods, whilst we comply with social distancing.
